Noyaku provides browsing, reading, importing, and translation tools. You are responsible for the content you access and for respecting copyright, website terms, and applicable laws. Access to a website through Noyaku does not grant permission to copy or distribute its content. Machine-generated translations may be inaccurate; verify information before relying on it.
For the iOS application, the license to the application is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, unless a custom EULA is provided through App Store Connect. These service terms describe Noyaku’s services and do not replace Apple’s standard EULA or applicable mandatory consumer rights.
Subscriptions and payments
The purchase screen identifies the available subscription, its duration, localized price, and included benefits before purchase. Purchases on iOS are billed through your Apple Account; purchases on Android are billed through Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the current subscription period ends, subject to the applicable store’s terms. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account subscription settings or Google Play subscriptions. Deleting Noyaku or deleting an app account does not cancel a store subscription.
After cancellation, access generally continues until the end of the paid period, subject to the store’s refund, revocation, and cancellation rules. Refund requests are handled through the applicable store. Restore Purchases is available in the app for eligible purchases. Prices, renewal terms, and any introductory offer must be checked in the store’s purchase confirmation.
Translation limits and acceptable use
Paid plans provide the benefits and translation allowances described in the app. Current limits are displayed in Noyaku. Daily translation quotas reset at midnight UTC; unused daily quota does not carry over. Do not automate abusive requests, resell access, bypass limits, or interfere with the service. Access may be restricted to address abuse or security risks.
Third-party services and privacy
Websites opened in the browser and optional translation providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Online translation requires sending the submitted content to the selected service, directly or through Noyaku’s backend. Do not submit content you are not permitted to share. Read the separate Noyaku Privacy Policy for details of data handling.
Availability, changes, and support
Features and third-party services may change or become unavailable. Store rules and applicable law govern subscription changes and purchased benefits. Updates to these terms will be identified by an updated date. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
